Thanks to Martin (March) for all the screen shots German title: "Straßenkinder" [Street children] Kabel 1 22.12.1999 23:09
Plot: Smith and Davis are witnesses as a man is beaten up by a gang of youths. As they go to help the victim, they themselves are badly hurt. Smith and Davis ask the victim the reason for the attack, but all three have to flee from the gang and hide in a deserted fairground. And the other man eventually admits the truth: he murdered the friend of one of the gang members - and now they want revenge.

She's called "Oral". Wonder why?
Cheap makeup. Nothing has changed.
Social worker here, social worker in Prisoner. She must just have that sort of face.
Not confirmed by the cast listing on the Kabel 1 website, but I'm fairly sure it's him. If his voice hadn't been overdubbed, we'd have known for certain, even just reading numbers...
Minor charracter Mrs Hanrahan is interviewed while she's playing bingo.
Her weapon of choice in Prisoner was a washbasin (and no, it's not Nola McKenzie)

Incidentally, the actress concerned seems to have improved greatly since her wooden contribution to Prisoner. Or maybe the German voiceover actress did all the work for her?
