Brandy wants to know how to get booze inside the prison. Bea breathes a sigh of relief that at least she isn't still pretending to be "Mary Poppins". Maggie tells Bea she won't ever get out of prison in the States, and so won't ever see her grandchildren again. Litza goes home, and Mikki assumes she's just being obedient to Manoli. Lizta replies that perhaps Mikki has too much "freedom" to know what to do with it. Joan assures Ann she won' t let her experience affect her treatment of Carol, but Ann tells Joan that even so it would be a good idea to keep away from her to avoid any possible misunderstandings. Mikki is left alone with Frances and Jen who brings in drink and pulls a broken bottle on Mikki when she reminds her of the no-booze rule. Mikki turns tail and runs out of the house. Meg visits the library and finds that the librarian has eloped. Mikki runs into Judy in the street, who is very annoyed that Mikki didn't stay to calm Jen down. Despite Ann's order, Joan goes to talk to Carol, who asks to see Jilly. Meanwhile, Wally talks Jen into dropping the bottle and getting rid of the booze by telling her that the house could be closed down. Colleen overhears Joan phoning the home to check on Jilly and warns her to stay away from Carol as Ann ordered, but she neverthless agrees to pass on the message to Carol that her daughter is well. Judy gives Mikki the sack for running away from trouble: Mikki goes into a huff and says she'll leave straight away. Carol is introduced to the women in the dining room. Maxine reminds Bea of what they did to Denise: and it turned out that she was innocent. Bea notices how the officers are keeping watch on them and their reaction to Carol, so that suggests that they at least think she'd guilty. Maxine agrees to try to find out one way or another. Cliff isn't very sympathetic at Mikki's whining about losing her job. Maggie gives Lizzie some cash and a photo of her as a farewell present. Maxine asks Carol what she did: Joan cuts in to stop Carol answering. Maxine suspects that Joan is defending Carol because she fancies her. Bea thinks it is just further proof that Carol is guilty. Mikki's jealousy and her refusal to have sex with Cliff on demand makes him tell her to go back to her "dykey mate" at Driscoll. Roxanne is brought to Wentworth, heavily pregnant, for handling stolen goods. Brandy makes the drier break down, so that maintenance men are brought in. Mikki decides to go back to her old flat. Judy offers Wally the job at Driscoll. After Joan's report on the incident with Carol and Maxine, Ann decides that an officer should be with Carol at all times and agrees to let Joan visit Jilly. Brandy seduces the workman. Joan offers to take Jilly for a day out away from the home. Brandy takes the workman's money and suggests she could fix it for something else to go wring with the drier so he can come back again. Roxanne tells Ann she already has a gynaecologist, and reveals to Lizzie that she's having the child for another couple for $20,000
