  • Judy shouts up the stairs to an invisible "Ellen" - this seems to be Dave Worthington's favourite name for a halfway house resident.

Thanks to Craig Semple for pointing out how hardworking Officer O'Shea is. Not only is she inside escorting Lizzie to the infirmary but also at the same time on garden duty outside as Joan takes over from her at the start of the next scene.

Lizzie is amazed when Bea openly admits she stole the money. Nola, Lil and Mary bash Bea : Lizzie alerts Joan, but she sends her down to the next floor to report it to Officer O'Shea and lets the guilty three escape. Nola exposes Bea to the other women. Maxine is reluctant to believe it, and Lizzie points out it was Nola's money she stole, so it hardly counts as stealing from a friend. Colleen asks Lizzie what happened in the library, but she tries to pretend she didn't see anything, even after Colleen points out it was she who raised the alarm. Colleen orders Nola to be put on garden duty until the situation calms down. Zara Moonbeam is brought in on remand for fraud charges and detects bad vibrations in Wentworth . Meg has great difficulty parting her from her ankh. Nola hides the dope in the garden as the Drugs Squad arrive with dogs to search the prison. Joan asks for a few days off to see her father who is coming to visit, but is refused by Colleen. Colleen visits Bea in the infirmary, but she refuses to help Colleen either by saying who bashed her on by helping stamp out the drugs trade. Nola complains to Joan that she can't get goods in any more and isn't pleased when Joan admits it was she who informed to the police. The women form their first impressions of Zara - most are sceptical of her powers even when Zara says that "death follows" Nola . Joan is again refused leave to see her father even though she hasn't seen him for years and Colleen grudgingly allows Joan to invite the Major to "inspect" the prison. The women are impressed that Zara can detect from "vibrations" that the pack of cards had been used by Lizzie, but Phyllis reminds them that Zara's inside for fraud. Zara insists her powers are real, even though during a "bad patch" she faked a seance. Maxine tells Lizzie that Nola has promised to supply Lainie with dope, so Lizzie asks Maxine to buy some dope for herself. Denise phones Judy for help when she is arrested for shop-lifting. When Maxine reports back that Nola says she can't get the stuff until tomorrow, Lizzie works out the drugs must be hidden in the garden. When Judy goes to see Denise, she comes across a group of kids fighting including Denise's son Russell who is being bullied by his brother Gary. Lizzie fakes a cough so she can get put on garden duty. Nola isn't pleased to see her there. The tattooist arrives and Phyllis, Maxine and Lainie are called to the rec room, though Maxine chickens out at the last moment. Lizzie pretends to lose her pills as an excuse to stay in the garden and digs up the drugs. Lainie shows the women the scab on her chest after the tattoo treatment. Lizzie visits Bea in the infimary to report that she's found Nola's drugs: Bea tells her to get rid of them, so she flushes them down the toilet. Nola finds out and threatens to bash Maxine to get back at Lizzie.
