[Mysteriously, Lou Kelly is in two places at once: not only holding Bobbie down, but also at the dance practice]. Heather hears about the strike on the radio: her brother Bill tells her it was Dennis who was stoned. Marlene returns from the dance practice to see Bobbie's prize: Bobbie won't let her tell the police or go to hospital. Shane returns to Joan's house as his father has left him home alone for several days. After seeing what happened to Bobbie, Myra breaks in at the dance practice and throws Bev across the room, but it hardly seems to affect her composure. Dennis has to stay at the prison to avoid crossing the picket line again. Myra complains to Ann about Bev: Ann agrees to move her to a single cell, but as Myra won't lag, cannot do any more. Joan gets an anonymous phone call at home: it is not explained but is probably meant to be a reporter. Bobbie is unable to sleep thinking about the threat posed by Bev: Marlene admits she's scared too. Heather decides to go into work and her brother insinuates it's only to impress Dennis. Bev sells more tickets, and tells Bobbie she can't win the "consolation" prize twice in a row. A reporter visits Reb posing as her brother: Reb slips up and says Joan was standing in the doorway throughout the bashing. Dot attends hospital for tests: Gladys leaves her alone to go to the bank. Heather is stoned by the demonstrators when she arrives at work and is hit in the face. Dot clears the hospital waiting room by admitting she 's come from prison and she's inside for killing her boyfriend. The Major takes Shane and Joan fishing: he makes Shane promise to keep his health troubles secret from Joan. The social worker in charge starts to interfere and Myra tips the salad dressing over her to shut her up. Gladys returns to the hospital to find that Dot has walked off. Dot starts to walk back to Wentworth but can't hitch a lift so she hails a taxi. The social worker who was doused with salad dressing complains to Ann, but Ann won't take any action. Wentworth receives a phone call from Gladys to report Dot missing. Bobbie wins the $5, but Myra stops the draw for consolation prize. Bev hides in Judy's cell and tells her she's given her the second prize. She presses a hot soldering iron ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
